About Us
Native Mississippi was created to coordinate knowledge and resources from Delta HuES, Clinics and hospitals located in the Mississippi Delta to combat COVID-19. We have experience with pandemic & emergency response in the following:
COVID-19
Testing supporting the largest non-governmental organization supporting veterans (homeless & at risk) in 11 locations in 6 States.
Developed an election health record and PVC cards to increase the portability and security of vaccinated people.
Assisted in the design of the Department of Defense’s Military Medicine managerial cost accounting structure to capture COVID 19 costs at 123 military healthcare facilities (MTF’s) during the pandemic
Zika Virus
Assisted the Republic of the Marshall Islands’ Ministry of Health on procurement of medical supplies & logistics during the Zika Virus outbreak and several national states of emergency including Mumps and hepatitis A.
Ebola Virus
Assemble requirements for 12 West African nations in conjunction with the National institute of Health (NIH) and secured funding from the United Nations. Created curriculum and provided training on site in Accra, Ghana and Monrovia, Liberia.
Expeditionary Medicine
Built Hospital in Shindad, Afghanistan to meet the needs of 150,000 Afghans. Provided civilian humanitarian healthcare at an Afghan free clinic servicing 800 patients per week.
Coordinated and participated in country-wide Italian national emergency drills. Coordinated and participated in California state-wide drills.

My name is Andy Ajayi, I am a Managing Partner of Delta Hub Empowerment Systems (HuES). Delta HuES is a management consulting company that provides Disaster Preparedness/Emergency Management services, professional services and consulting primarily to federal, state and local government. Here are a few key points about Delta HuES:

-SBA Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB)
The primary part of our business is Emergency Management, however the other aspect of our business is teaming with larger companies throughout varies Sectors & Industries to utilize our Hubzone Status.
According to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) the Government will get Hubzone credit wheather we are 51% or less. Only 3% of all Federal Contracts are Earmarked to be Hubzone. Because the Government has never met it's goal of the 3%, and for this reason Hubzones are afforded direct awards!
We bid on HUBZone set-aside contracting work and are looking for a company/specialized partners to TEAM with on current and future government contracts.
